Assignment #1

Provide a short discussion of the assigned papers (listed under Course Materials). For each paper, address the following points:

1. Using the approach in Chapter 2 of Russell and Norvig (see slides under Course Materials): indicate the properties of the domains for the agents described and characterize the type of agent.
2. What are significant strengths and weaknesses of the suggested approach. Feel free to consider data efficiency, generalizability, interpretability, scalability, or anything else.
3. Provide one or two questions to discuss in class.

Note that we are not looking for lots of words; we want concise statements that show understanding. The total discussion should be less than a page.
